Rosie leaving The View

Rosie O'Donnell has decided to step down from The View. She announced her decision today live on the show. You could tell something was going on because Barbara Walters was sitting right next to her today.

She says she could not come to terms with her contract at ABC. But she says she will be back as a guest host off and on.
